IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ONLINE REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
On 23rd May we are moving clinical system from EMIS to SystmOne. Unfortunately this means that for a short period of time this facility will be suspended.
The new system is configured for on-line ordering but we envisage it will take approximately one month before we have the facility up and running. Therefore, we would ask that if you would like to register for this, you contact us towards the end of June.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but hope that by giving you advanced notice there will not be too much disruption. You can still order on line using the present system up to and including 17th May. After this time you can use any of our alternative methods for requesting repeat prescriptions.

Disabled Access
At Felix House Surgery wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the rear entrance. The ramp also allows access to the treatment room from outside in an emergency. Patient services are provided at ground floor level and a WC is located near reception. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
